About Project
As part of my training in Master Design specialty "Innovation and Design Evaluated by Usages" at the National School of Engineering Systems and Innovation (ENSGSI) of Nancy, I had the opportunity to perform my end-of-studies internship at the EREM (European Real Estate Management) Chair in Metz for a period of 6 months.

During the month of April, when my internship began, I carried out an analysis of the existing on the share-erem.fr platform. I got the necessary data about the platform both through meetings with our team and through Google Analytics and other performance measurement platforms. In line with the information I obtained, I determined the problems and needs by applying an online survey (UEQ) to the target audience.
In the light of the data I obtained after the online survey, I decided to apply the Design Thinking method in order to produce creative and innovative solutions for the share-erem.fr platform.
By applying the Design Thinking processes, I gained an in-depth understanding of our users' needs and problems. In this process, we were also able to identify creative and suitable solutions for Chaire EREM's goals. In the prototype stage, I created a prototype on Wix as a result of the information I obtained from the users.
After I finished the prototype in general terms, I conducted a test phase to get feedback from the target audience.
In line with the results of the testing phase, I continued to develop my prototype.

At this point, I've created an empathy map to gain an empathetic understanding of the issues I'm trying to solve.

At this stage, I did a simple SWOT analysis where I identified the strengths and weaknesses of the Chaire EREM. The opportunities on the SWOT analysis also contributed to the solutions that we were able to find during the brainstorming.
I created both traditional and AI-based personas for the share-erem.fr platform. The use of personas supported by artificial intelligence can be a great advantage for the Chaire EREM so that the platform can improve and better analyze its target audience in the future.

Ideate
After Google Analytics data and the UEQ survey, I created an ecosystem to find solutions to the problems I identified. When creating this system, I aimed to maintain the platform and resolve existing issues through social media and e-learning.
Prototype
I decided to add new pages and features to the existing menus of the share-erem.fr platform in line with the needs of the target audience. Before starting the interface design, I prepared the sitemap.
The Wix platform, preferred by millions of users because of its innovative, practical and functional nature, was also my favorite platform for the share-erem.fr prototype. I tried to stay true to the graphic charter that I created for the Chaire EREM in the prototype. I tried to contribute to the acquisition of a strong visual identity of the Chaire EREM with the content that I created in harmony with the graphic charter.

Test
After the usability test of the Share-erem.fr platform, I decided to analyze the results and make a new prototype. After completing the prototype that I prepared on the Wix platform, I got ideas from my teammate Anne-Sophie on the pages to review. After reviewing the prototype, I sent a feedback questionnaire to the students who were sent to me by the Chaire EREM.
The “I like, I wish, What if” method, which is a very simple method and consists of three types of expressions, is a method that allows users to give clear feedback.
