Son Şiir (Last Poem)

Yasemin is a 25-year-old woman with a fragile mental state. An unknown poet, she experiences, in the later stages of her illness, the appearance of an imaginary friend who profoundly disrupts her equilibrium. She develops an intense emotional bond with this presence, until the relationship becomes inextricably linked to her.

Role: Director, screenwriter and video editor

Ali’nin Şişeleri

Produced in 2012 in the Taşova district (Amasya), this film explores the loneliness of a family through an intimate and sensitive approach.

Pazartesi (Monday)

A day in the life of an idealistic teacher working in a remote Anatolian village, and in the lives of the students who live there. The days pass, all alike and one after the other.

This film addresses the violence that occurred during the Gezi Park protests in Istanbul and focuses on the life trajectories of those affected. Inspired by a personal experience, it offers a subjective interpretation of the impact of violence on quality of life and mental health.
